5 Tips to #selfcare

Are you struggling to find ways to manage stress or feel pretty while at home? Ladies listen up. I Got You! Here are 5 tips to self care.



Number 1: Pamper Yourself

Gel Nails at Home!


Number 2: a great Charcoal Detoxifying Mask! You will thank me later. It is incredible how it opens up your pores.



Number 3: Exercise!

I love using resistant bands to tone up my legs, arms, and core.

Placing the resistant bands on your thighs and complete squats. 3 sets of 15 or Lunges

yI also love 10 minutes of yoga in the morning. It helps me relax, focus, and work all the little kinks out of my body

.



Number 4: Get Rest

Some nights I struggle to fall asleep, and I can not turn off my brain. Until I discovered Rest. It is a sequential get past that taste so yummy. Personally, after I take Rest I feel my eyes start to get heavy within 5 minutes!


Number 5: Remember to smile. :)
